1. Definitions and Interpretations

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the playdash website accessible via playdash.wine together with all services provided on it.

• "Account" refers to a user profile registered personally with valid and verifiable information.

2. Eligibility to Open an Account

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the playdash platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods. Available methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.

• playdash does not charge any additional processing fees for deposits, however third-party fees may apply depending on the payment method.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• The typical withdrawal processing time is between 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, as an added security measure.
• playdash reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any suspicious withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

playdash offers various bonus offers to new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that must be read and understood before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received.

• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering to be met: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Calculation example: deposit RM600 → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → balance RM1,100 → wagering to be met: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

VIP Cashback

Eligible members can enjoy weekly cashback based on their respective VIP tier — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Tier advancement depends on betting activity and account record.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has a validity period stated separately in the specific terms of that promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
